Cash Back—what’s the catch?
There is none. With Stake, there are no points to track, and no blackout dates. If you earn Cash Back with Stake, you can transfer it to almost any bank. Or move it to your Stake Account to save it for the things you love. Once claimed, it’s real cash with no limits on how much you can spend, where, or when. Simply claim it, and it's yours. Are there any extra costs with using Stake?

How do I become a Stake member?

Do you raise the price of rent to offer Cash Back?
No. Stake doesn't set or influence your rent, that's between you and your property. What we do is reward you for paying it on time. Properties in the Stake Network fund Cash Back as part of attracting and keeping great renters, so you get rewarded without paying anything extra.
